Overview

The Central Washington Rehabilitation Clinic is comprised of two Physiatrists – doctors trained in physical medicine and rehabilitation. The physiatrists at Central Washington Rehabilitation Clinic specialize in treating everything from sports injuries to spinal cord injuries. The focus is on the whole body – helping patients to gain independence and increase their quality of life.

Our physiatrists also oversee the inpatient rehabilitation program at Yakima Regional, the only CARF accredited rehabilitation program in South Central Washington.

Hours and Insurance

The Central Washington Rehabilitation Clinic is open Monday through Thursday from 8 am to 5 pm, and Fridays from 8 am to noon. Most insurances are accepted.

Electrodiagnostic Studies

The Central Washington Rehabilitation Clinic offers Electromyography (EMG) and Nerve Conduction procedures. EMGs and Nerve Conduction procedures test for abnormalities of muscles and nerves. Doctors are often able to use the results of these tests to diagnose several types of disorders.

Dr. Henderson
Marjorie Henderson, MD

Dr. Henderson graduated from the University of Washington School of Medicine, and completed her residency at the University of Washington. Dr. Henderson is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Internal Medicine, and also has an added qualification in Geriatric Medicine. 




Dr. Mullin
Sean Mullin, DO

Dr. Mullin is a graduate of the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed an internship at the Charleston Area Medical Center, in Charleston, West Virginia, and a residency at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago. He is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He specializes in sports medicine and the treatment of spasticity using Botox.
