Hours of Operation
Office Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Appointments/After Hours

Patients are seen by appointment only. When you call to make an appointment, let the receptionist know the reason for your visit so we can plan the right amount of time for you. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment to allow time to complete registration and past medical history forms. You will be asked to review and update these forms yearly. Please let us know if your insurance or demographic information has changed. Time is allowed each day for appointments for urgent problems. If you need to be seen right away, call our office and we’ll make sure you get the care you need. If you feel you have a serious emergency, please call 911, or proceed immediately to an Emergency Room. For urgent medical care after regular office hours, your call to the clinic will be forwarded to a physician on call by the answering service.

We will try to keep the wait for scheduled appointments to a minimum; however unforeseen delays can occur. We will try to anticipate these times and contact you for rescheduling, if necessary. If you cannot keep your appointment, please give us 24 hours notice; another patient can then use that time and will appreciate your consideration. Repeated failure to keep scheduled appointments may lead us to ask that you seek care elsewhere.

Test Results

All test results will be reviewed by a doctor. You will be notified of any abnormal test results as soon as possible.

Prescription Refills

For prescription refills, please call your pharmacist directly at least three business days before your medication runs out. Your pharmacist will then contact us.

Payment

We will do our best to do only needed tests and exams, while ensuring excellent care. We will gladly bill your insurance for you. However, you are responsible for your balance. If you do not have insurance coverage, you will be asked to pay for the day’s charges in full at the time of service. We accept Master Card/Visa, check or cash. If you have insurance, you will be asked to pay co-insurance, co-pays, and/or deductibles at the time of service. We accept most major insurance plans. If you are not sure whether your service will be covered under your insurance plan, please call your insurance carrier or our Central Billing Office at 573-3448.
